T cells and B cells are the two major cell populations of the adaptive immune system, which are key measures of immune complexity. The study of immune repertoire is essential to understanding the immune profile. It ultimately reveals the discovery of new infection factors and potentially aids the development of antibodies/vaccines, clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
We have created human immune library sequencing products and services that characterize RNA input. Input from RNA can unbiasedly capture the phenotype of cell subpopulations. Our kits rely on multiplex PCR technology to simultaneously perform rapid, efficient, and accurate parallel analysis of large numbers of TCRs/BCRs, adapted for the measurement of complex samples and discovery of rare mutations.
Our Immune Repertoire Analysis Solution also can be applied to both solid tumors and blood cancers, including prognostic and genealogical analysis. It can be used to analyze tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and compare TCR diversity. The diversity of Immune can predict prognosis and can be used to map neoantigens derived from cancer cells to the corresponding TCRs.

Our Immune Repertoire Analysis products mainly apply unbiased gene amplification technology (multiplex PCR and unique molecular identifiers, UMIs) to achieve comprehensive, high-precision repertoire analysis. Target enrichment and library preparation can be accomplished in a short period of time and are suitable for most Illumina sequencing platforms.
We offer not only products, but also complete sequencing and data analysis capabilities for a wide range of T cell receptor (TCR)/B cell receptor (BCR) repertoire analysis projects.

Cat. No. | Product Name | Brief Description | Inquiry | Basket |
---|---|---|---|---|
IMR101 | CDAMP® TCR Panel | A target enrichment panel based on amplicon sequencing for next-generation sequencing (NGS) on Illumina platforms, enabling to detection of T cell receptor β/γ or α/δ chains in a fast, accurate and safe workflow. Allows for widespread identification of immunoglobulin and cell receptor repertoire analysis for BCR and TCR in parallel. | ||
IMR102 | CDAMP® BCR Panel | A target enrichment panel based on amplicon sequencing for next-generation sequencing (NGS) on Illumina platforms, enabling to detection of B cell receptor heavy (IgH) and light (κ/λ) chains in a fast, accurate and safe workflow. Allows for widespread identification of immunoglobulin and cell receptor repertoire analysis for BCR and TCR in parallel. | ||
IMR103 | CDAMP® Human TCR Panel | CDAMP® Human TCR Panel is suitable for Illumina next-generation targeted sequencing (NGS) of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) immune repertoire. This panel applies multiplexed PCR-based V and J primer pools and unique molecular identifiers (UMIs), which reduces a certain extent of noise by adjusting the primer concentration. It offers high accuracy and specificity. | ||
IMR104 | CDAMP® Mouse TCR Panel | CDAMP® Mouse TCR Panel is suitable for Illumina next-generation targeted sequencing (NGS) of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) immune repertoire. This panel applies multiplexed PCR-based V and J primer pools and unique molecular identifiers (UMIs), which reduces a certain extent of noise by adjusting the primer concentration. It offers high accuracy and specificity. |
