It encompasses 40 clinically relevant mutations from 28 genes, with selectable allele frequencies of 0%, 0.125%, 0.5%, 1%, or 2%. This reference material, presented as whole-process plasma samples, allows for precise assessment of mutation targets throughout the entire workflow, quantified accurately through digital PCR.
