Product Description: | CDAMP® Pathogeno Lung 133 Panel Kit is specially designed for target enrichment and library preparation using a fast and simple workflow, in next generation sequencing (NGS) applications on Illumina platforms. The panel is aimed to detect and identify lower respiratory tract pathogens rapidly and exactly and predict drug resistance for clinical research on precision medication. The panel covers a total of 133 pathogens related to >98% lower respiratory infections, including 7 DNA viruses, 50 RNA viruses, 20 gram negative bacteria, 25 gram positive bacteria, 23 fungi, and 8 other pathogens, and simultaneously covers 51 drug resistance-related genes. Purified nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) can be directly used for library preparation. This kit provides all required enzymes and buffers for Multiplex PCR Reaction, Purification, Indexing and Amplification. Magnetic beads can be used in library purification rapidly. The panel is optimized to deliver high specificity(>90%) and sensitivity(>90%). All Kit components are subjected to stringent quality control ensuring the consistency and reproducibility of library preparation. |
Features: | Ready-to-use and containing all necessary reagents for a rapid set-up. Fast and streamlined workflow enables library preparation in just 1 day. Covering a total of 133 pathogens related to >98% lower respiratory infections. Not affected by nucleic acid background (human host and other microbial genome), reduce time and money. Optimized to deliver high specificity(>90%) and high coverage uniformity (≥95%). Ultra sensitivity of 2 copy/rxn. All Kit components are subjected to stringent quality control ensuring the consistency and reproducibility of library preparation. |
