Some laws, such as EU regulation 2007/68/EC or the US FALCPA, require clear labels on products that contain gluten from certain cereals. However, the Codex Alimentarius allows products to have “gluten-free” labels if they have less than 20 ppm of gluten. This kit is based on real-time reverse transcription PCR to detect gluten. |
