| Product Description: | NCCN Clinical Practice Guideline for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) clearly indicates that all patients with NSCLC should conduct EGFR and ALK testing before treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). If the mutations detection are negative or unknown, then ROS1 testing will be considered. CD EGFR/ALK/ROS1 Mutations Detection Kit is specially designed to detect 18 EGFR mutations (exons 18-21), 5 ALK Gene Fusions and 9 ROS1 Gene Fusions, based on RT-PCR and ARMS-PCR technology.
