Product Description: | Homologous Recombination Repair (HRR) is one of the important repair modalities for DNA double-strand damage, and the HRR pathway contains the BRCA1/2 gene. Tumor cells with Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD) are sensitive to platinum-containing chemotherapy and Poly ADP-ribose Polymerase inhibitor (PARPi). Currently, PARPi is used in clinical trials for HRD-positive ovarian cancer, the development of IVD concomitant diagnostic products or the screening of concomitant diagnostic products for drug clinical trials, and there is a demand for Reference products. CD HRD-9-T gDNA Reference is derived from paired tumor cell lines and use WGS data to evaluate the HRD reference values of References, which can meet the application needs of IVD companies' reference products, negative reference products in kits, kit performance verification, daily quality control and inter-room quality assessment in the IVD market. |
